POLICE seized a van and a car that were suspected of being stolen in separate incidents.
A van was discovered on Back Eldon Street in Tonge Moor by officers.
Enquires found false registration plates were being used and that is was believed to have been stolen.
A Greater Manchester Police (GMP) spokesman said: Officers from the Bolton North Neighbourhood Team seized a van on Back Eldon Street, Tonge Moor.
"It was found to be displaying false registration plates and was seized on suspicion of it being stolen."

In a second incident a car was found with false plates on Deepdale Road in Breightmet.
It is thought that it has been taken during a burglary.

A GMP spokesman added: "Officers from the Breightmet Neighbourhood Team seized a vehicle from Deepdale Road.
"It was on false plates and had been stolen from a burglary at a car garage on Bury Road, TongeFold, on Monday, August 31 2020."
