A MAN who was caught in possession of cannabis has been fined £150 by Manchester magistrates.
The court heard how Lee Davies, aged 31, of Silver Birch Close, Bolton, was caught with the Class B drug on him on May 6.
He pleaded guilty to committing the offence and, in addition to the fine, was ordered to pay £119 in costs and charges.
The court ordered the cannabis was forfeited and destroyed.
