MAGISTRATES have ordered a man to carry out 250 hours of unpaid work after he assaulted another man on June 26.
At Manchester Magistrates' Court Mohamed Bax, aged 40, of Eden Street, Bolton, pleaded guilty to committing the offence.
In addition to the unpaid work, Bax was ordered to participate in 14 days of rehabilitation activities, pay his victim £200 in compensation and £85 towards prosecution costs.
