A MAN caught driving a Nissan Micra on Tonge Moor Road, Bolton without insurance has been fined £120 by magistrates.
Matthew Liddell, aged 38, of Harvey Street, Bolton, committed the offence on June 8 and pleaded guilty.
In addition to the fine, eight points were added to his licence and he was ordered to pay £119 in costs and charges.
