A TEENAGE driver who failed to stop for police has been fined.
Manchester and Salford magistrates heard how Spencer Woods, aged 19, of Broadoaks, Fairfield, Bury, was driving a Toyota Yaris on Rochdale Old Road, Bury on May 5.
Woods had no licence or insurance.
He admitted committing the offences and also pleaded guilty to driving without due care and attention and neglecting or failing to stop for police.
Magistrates fined him £240 plus £85 towards prosecution costs and a £34 victim surcharge.
In addition eight penalty points were added to his driving record.
