A TEENAGER has been referred to the youth offender panel for six months after he admitted twice driving vehicles without insurance or a licence.
Wigan Youth Court heard the 17-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons, committed the offences in a Seat Leon on Crompton Way, Bolton, on May 30 and a VW Golf on Gargrave Avenue, Bolton, on July 6.
He was also banned from holding a driving licence for 12 months and ordered to pay £107 in costs and charges.
