A TEENAGER caught driving without a licence and failing to stop for police has been fined £300 by Bolton magistrates.
Lewis Hayes, aged 18, of Kenyon Way, Little Hulton, admitted committing the offences when he was spotted driving a VW Bora on Salford Road, Bolton, on June 17.
Hayes also admitted careless driving and having no insurance.
In addition to the fine, he was ordered to pay £119 in costs and charges and is banned from applying for a driving licence for 12 months.
