- Emily Jones, a seven-year-old pupil at Markland Hill Primary School died a short time after being stabbed on Mothers' Day.
- Emily had been playing on her scooter in Queens Park, Bolton,
- Eltiona Skana, aged 30, of Ernest Street, Bolton, was arrested for Emily's murder and detained under the Mental Health Act.
- Skana is appearing at Manchester Crown Court for the plea hearing via a video link from Rampton Hall secure hospital.
- The hearing is due to begin at 2.15pm today
