- Chelsea Crilly, aged 20, Warwick Road, Atherton, is accused of causing or allowing the death of a child between October 14 and 18.
- Chadwick and Crilly, who is Orianna's mother, lived together in Cross Lane.
- The trial is expected to last up to five weeks.
