A DRINK driver who failed to stop for police has been banned from the roads for 16 months.
Manchester Magistrates’ Court heard how Paul Barnett, aged 24, of Rawson Street, Farnworth, was over the alcohol limit when he was caught driving a BMW on Bradley Fold Road, Radcliffe, on July 18.
The court heard that he also had no driving licence or insurance.
Barnett pleaded guilty to committing the offences and, as well as the driving ban, was fined £525 plus £137 in costs and charges.
