MAGISTRATES have jailed a man for 10 weeks after he ignored a court order banning him from contacting a woman in Bolton.
At Manchester Magistrates’ Court Paul Vail, aged 46, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to two counts of breaching the order on October 2.
The court heard that he has a “flagrant disregard for court orders”.
In addition to the jail term, Vail was ordered to pay a £128 victim surcharge.
