CARRS Pasties are urging Whites fans to order their half-time pasties - so they can recreate their matchday experience while watching Bolton Wanderers at home.

Managing director Joe Carr said: “There’s nothing quite like the experience of being at a match, so we want to do what we can to help Bolton Wanderers fans make the most of the at-home experience, until we’re able to get back to cheering our team on in person.”

Wanderers fans can watch games through iFollow on the BWFC website.

Season ticket holders can get 10 per cent off orders after Carrs renewed their sponsorship deal with the club.

Joe adds: “We have the town and its communities at the heart of everything we do so continuing our relationship with Bolton Wanderers is very important to us.

“We’ll be looking at what else we can do once restrictions are lifted but, for now, we hope our delivery service will give fans a taste of the experience.”

As fans are currently unable to watch matches at the University of Bolton Stadium, Carrs will be offering season ticket holders a 10 per cent discount which will be available at all three Bolton stores, as well as online.

Carrs have a stand at the stadium in their name, the Carrs Pasties North Family Stand, which will remain as part of the deal.

Bolton Wanderers chairman Sharon Brittan said: “Carrs is a name synonymous with Bolton over many generations and we are delighted that we have renewed our long-standing partnership. Through their work within the community they are aligned with our One Club One Community One Town ethos which makes them a truly valued partner.”

Customers are encouraged to pre-order frozen pasties in advance, at least a few days ahead of matches.

Or they can use Carrs Pasties click and collect service and choose to collect their order in person from one of the Carrs Pasties stores in the town. Boxes can be pre-ordered for delivery via shop.carrspasties.co.uk
