INTERIOR designer and television personality Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen has visited Ellesmere as part of filming for a new show.
The new show is 'My Lottery Dream Home' and Mr Llewelyn-Bowen was in Ellesmere to help recent Postcode Lottery winners find their new home.
Filming took place around Ellesmere, including in the Boathouse restaurant, as owner Kate Taylor explains.
Kate said: "They were filming for a programme called My Lottery Dream Home, about people that have won the lottery and are looking for a luxury house.
"The couple on the show have won the postcode lottery and Laurence took them to look for a new house.
"Laurence and the crew were a really nice bunch of people. They had been struggling to get hold of lottery winners as Camelot were not interested, so the Postcode Lottery suggested the couple from Ellesmere.
"The couple were keen to do it, it was fluke really.
"They filmed all round Ellesmere and coming to the Boathouse thrilled all the customers."
