AN arrest was made last night after a car was stopped by police in Farnworth.
Officers spotted a car being driven on Market Street without any lights on and signalled for the driver to pull over.
Greater Manchester Police (GMP) said the driver was taken into custody after "failing a roadside breath test and drug wipe".
The vehicle was also seized after checks on it found it was not insured, police added.
After spotting the car being driven with no lights, A GMP Bolton South spokesman added: "This driver wanted to stick out like a sore thumb!"
