WE know how much Looking Back readers enjoy a good town centre picture from days gone by so how about this cracker from 1949.
It’s a typically wet day on Deansgate with the rain bouncing off the cobbles and both cars and pedestrians splashing through the puddles.
The red and cream liveried Bolton buses will certainly bring back a few memories and there are probably quite a few readers who remember Walter Bradley’s Automobiles or Kents Fabrics.
