Careless driver
A CARELESS driver who had no insurance for the BMW he was using has been banned from the roads for 12 months.
At Wigan Magistrates’ Court Mohammed-rayyan Adam, aged 21, of Higher Dunscar, Egerton, pleaded guilty to committing the offences in a BMW 520 on Walker Fold Road, Bolton, on April 11.
As well as the driving ban, he was fined £160 and ordered to pay £117 in costs and charges.
