Man sending messages
A MAN who sent offensive and indecent messages has been jailed for 22 weeks by Bolton magistrates.
Craig Jones, aged 35, of Park Street, Bolton, initially denied committing the offence on October 16 and making a indecent or offensive phone call to a woman on September 28 but then changed his plea to guilty.
The court ruled the crimes were particularly serious because the second offence was committed whilst he was already on bail for the first.
