MAGISTRATES in Wigan have fined a Bolton man £660 after he failed to provide police with the identity of a driver who was suspected of committing an offence in a Mercedes C220.
The case against Ross Hadfield, aged 42, of Southgrove Avenue, Bolton, who had failed to name the driver, was found proved.
He was banned from holding a driving licence for 18 months and, as well as the fine, was ordered to pay £151 in costs and charges.
