MAGISTRATES have fined two people for breaking restrictions on the number of people from different households who can meet.
The man and teenager each pleaded guilty to committing the offences on separate occasions when they appeared before Bolton magistrates.
Benjamin Ault, aged 28, of Sandringham Road, Horwich, was fined £200 after he admitted breaking coronavirus regulations by gathering at a property with other people on October 4
He was also ordered to pay £119 in costs and charges.
Magistrates also fined a teenager £100 after he ignored coronavirus restrictions and gathered in a public place with more than six people on September 16.
Yanick Ngango, aged 19, of Varley Road, Bolton, pleaded guilty to committing the offence and the court also ordered him to pay £119 in costs and charges.
