A GROWING Bolton business has had more than just Christmas to celebrate this year as it marked its 10th anniversary on December 22.
In 2010 managing director, Jamie MacGregor set up Bright Direction Training in a small basement with a goal of providing a range of training courses for everyone, regardless of their background or education level.
Since then the firm, based at St Andrew's Court in Bolton town centre, has gone from strength to strength providing a portfolio of courses to give everybody the best possible chance, whether a manager with the latest leadership qualification, or a job seeker aiming for full-time employment,
“Honesty of purpose. That’s my main focus. I want to deliver that in everything we do. Not just going through the motions – but making a difference to people’s lives,” said Mr MacGregor.
In 2020 the firm, which employs nine people, has adapted to provide more online-courses and minimise disruption for learners and is looking forward to next year when there are plans to expand further and recruit more staff.
