SNOWY conditions has meant some bins in Bolton have not been emptied today.
Residents whose wheelie bins should have been collected but haven't are urged to leave them out so they can be emptied sometime over the weekend.
A Bolton Council spokesman said: "Despite best efforts, bad weather means we've not been able to collect everyone's bins as scheduled.
"If we've missed you, please leave your bin out and we will endeavour to collect by 5pm on Sunday.
"Weather may change- keep an eye on our website for updates."
