A MOTORIST was stopped by police because he was driving too slowly.
Blackburn magistrates Mohbeen Shah had a completely flat tyre on one wheel of his car and was spoken to by the police. Later on the same day he was seen on the M65 motorway, 12 miles away, still driving with a flat tyre.
Shah, 21, of Roney Street, Blackburn, pleaded guilty to dangerous driving and driving while over the limit for cocaine and its derivative, benzoylecgonine.
He was remanded on bail for the preparation of a pre-sentence report and made subject to an interim disqualification.
Aftab Bakhat, defending, said there were mental health issues which a pre-sentence report would take on board.
