At Bolton Magistrates' Court on December 29, 34-year-old Ben Gorman admitted allowing two or more people to gather at a property on September 19.
He was fined £100 plus cost and charges.
In September last year Gorman was also fined £500 plus costs after the court heard he had allowed pals to gather in the garden at his Moss Bank Way home on three occasions in April.
Also in court for committing a similar offence on October 1 was Owen Evans, aged 23, of Mallett Crescent, Bolton.
He pleaded guilty and was fined £100 and also ordered to pay £119 in costs and charges.
