Wigan magistrates heard that Basharat Khan, aged 42, of Green Lane, Bolton, committed the offences between May 5 and October 16 2019.

Khan was aggressive and threatening and committed minor assaults on Parimal Radia, and continually harassed brothers Kuashik and Anoop Radia, the court heard.

Khan initially denied committing the offences but changed his plea to guilty.

He was sentenced to 12 weeks in prison, suspended for 12 months and ordered to participate in 26 days of rehabilitation activities.

A restraining order was made banning him from entering the premises of Tunika Ltd, going to Highfield Road Industrial Estate in Little Hulton, Doe Hey Road or Whiston Drive, Bolton and prohibiting him from contacting Parimal Radia.

He must also pay a total of £775 in costs and charges.
