A LANDMARK in Bolton is set to be the backdrop for another television drama.
Cameras are believed to be rolling today at the former magistrates courthouse in Le Mans Crescent for new crime serial Wolfe.
Shameless producer Paul Abbott is behind Wolfe, said to be a forensic crime drama.
And the usual array of TV lighting and catering trucks - which have become a familiar sight on the cobbles in recent months - have led to a parking suspension around the crescent.
The Bolton News was on hand as dozens of extras - and one actor in full crown court judge regalia - trooped along the thoroughfare early this morning before the shoot.
It is understood that the filming is taking place on behalf of Sky Drama for Abbott Vision, the producer company.
Burnley-born Abbott has also been the brains behind State of Play, Clocking Off and No Offence.
Another drama shot at the same location, Russell T Davies' It's A Sin, is being aired by Channel 4 this month.
