A MAN has been arrested following a burglary in Astley Bridge.
On Thursday January 21 police received reports of a burglary in the Astley Bridge area.
Officers arrested a 30-year-old man on suspicion of burglary, affray and two thefts from vehicles in the Astley Bridge and Sharples area.
The man remains in custody for questioning.
Police said: "A male has been arrested following a burglary in Astley Bridge.
"On Thursday January 21, police received reports of a burglary in the Astley Bridge area.
"This morning, officers from the Bolton North Neighbourhood Team arrested a 30-year-old male on suspicion of burglary, affray and two thefts from vehicles in the Astley Bridge and Sharples area.
"He remains in police custody for questioning."
