THE Octagon Theatre is offering free online events in February for Bolton-based artists and creatives.
They will be delivered over Zoom by Creative Industries Trafford in partnership with Business Bolton.
On February 4 a workshop for theatre makers will be held on transferring skills, this will look at how performers can develop new work and new skills by expanding from performance into writing and producing. It will be run by theatre practitioners Jess Cummings and Sorcha McCaffery.
While on February 10 there will be a session on adapting to digital, focusing on how theatre makers and performers can embrace new technology.
To apply email cit@watersidearts.org stating the event, as priority will be given to artists living, working or studying in the borough of Bolton please include the first part of your Bolton postcode in the email.
Those based outside of Bolton are still welcome to apply and will be placed on a reserve list if spaces remain available.
