Essentialise Workplace Wellbeing run by Lee Chambers has been selected as a mental wellbeing partner to Anytime Fitness UK.

The group has over 175 clubs open in the UK and 4,000 clubs globally.

The panel is composed of four experts: Dr Neil Stanley, director of sleep science at NHS-approved sleep programme Sleepstation; work/live balance expert Annabel Zicker; dietician Lucy Perrow and Lee Chambers.

Lee said:“It is the start of an exciting partnership, and being selected to deliver mental wellbeing for Anytime Fitness is something I’m passionate about.

"They share my vision and values of wellbeing that considers and connects the different aspects that build up the wider picture beyond physical health.

“I am looking forward to providing support for employees and members during these challenging times alongside other partners such as Musclefood and Myprotein.”

Neil Randall, Anytime Fitness UK CEO said, “Health is far more than just your physical health, and the recruitment of our Panel of Health will provide significant support to our members.

“It’s great to be working with Lee, who shares our belief that there are many factors that make up our overall health.
