TWO people have been arrested and charged with public order offences for having a pre-arranaged fight.
Police have investigated the incident which took place in Blackburn.
A police spokesman said: "We are aware of a video circulating on social media of a prearranged fight taking place in and around the Whalley New Road area, we have identified the two people responsible and both have been arrested and charged with public order offences.
"Both have been issued tickets for breaching covid restrictions.
"If you engage in criminality in our area or put people in fear in the places that they live, we have a message for you, your communities have had enough of you and your behaviour. The Taskforce are here to target those responsible.
