A SERIAL flasher has been jailed again after he was convicted of committing a further offence.

At Manchester Magistrates' Court Richard Graham, aged 31, of Bolton Road North, Ramsbottom, denied intentionally exposing his genitals intending someone should see them in Marston Road, Salford, on January14, but was found guilty after a trial.

He was jailed for 12 weeks and ordered to pay his victims £200 in compensation and a £128 surcharge.

Graham was placed on the sex offenders' register for seven years.

The sentence comes just six months after he was jailed for committing similar offences when he struck in Tottington, Padiham and Salford within hours of each other on January 12 last year.

Then, he targeted girls, aged 12 to 14, exposing himself to one schoolgirl before trying to push her into an alley in Tottington, then he exposed himself to a girl in Salford before driving to Padiham and doing the same again in front of two girls.

He was jailed for 15 months but only spent a short period in prison after he was sentenced due to time he had already spent in custody on remand.

The sentence followed other previous convictions for indecent exposure offences committed in Haslingden in May 2019 and Rawtenstall town centre in July 2019.
