FORMER Bolton School pupil Ralf Little is celebrating after his podcast became a runaway success in lockdown.

‘Two Pints with Will and Ralf’ sees Ralf chat with his former co-star Will Mellor - the pair famously featured in the hit BBC comedy Two Pints of Lager and a Packet of Crisps.

The podcast is midway through its second series and fans have been listening in their thousands.

The Death in Paradise star told listeners their podcast has had more than one million downloads.

Videos of the pair chatting on Zoom as they record the show have also have more than 35 million views.

The duo talk about anything and everything in the show, recounting old stories from their days working together along with how they are both coping in lockdown.

They also welcome guests into their show and recently chatted to Bolton presenter Paddy McGuinness.

Ralf is currently living in Florida while Will is in the UK having recently started filming for his new role in Coronation Street.

Ralf revealed on the podcast that he is set to start filming for another series of the popular detective drama Murder in Paradise later this year.

And he also rubbished rumours linking him to the next series of Strictly Come Dancing.
