A driver was arrested for the second time for driving with no licence and insurance last night, police say.
The male would also fail a drugs test after being stopped by police.
The driver of a BMW 320 was stopped by traffic officers in Fletcher Street, Bolton, where it was discovered they had no insurance or valid licence and would then fail a drugs test.
Police say the same person was stopped for the same offences in December last year, so will be returning to custody.
Their car was also seized by police.
A GMP Traffic spokesman said: "The BMW 320 was stopped by officers on Fletcher Street Bolton.
"Driver found to have no licence no insurance and failed a drug test, arrested.
"Not the first time, he did the same thing in December.
"Car seized and male off to custody again."
