A WOMAN has been taken to hospital following a crash in Bolton.
The woman, who is in her 50s, was injured in the accident shortly after 8am this morning in Wigan Road, Deane.
The North West Ambulance Service (NWAS) said that the woman's injuries were unclear at this stafe.
Ambulance crews were called to the scene at 8.24am this morning.
The A676 Deane Road was partially blocked due to the accident, which occurred near the Bike Shop.
A spokesman for NWAS said: "Reporting an RTC on Wigan Road, Deane. We have taken a woman in her 50s to hospital. Injuries unclear."
Greater Manchester Police has been contacted for comment.
