Super supporter Annabel Hounslea has completed her magnificent March challenge, running 100k for Bolton Hospice in just one month.

With the support of her amazing family and friends, Annabel has raised an incredible £1100 to help enable Bolton Hospice to continue to care for patients with life-limiting illnesses.

Annabel explains why she decided to take on the challenge, “I wanted to take something on where I can challenge myself so in March decided to run 100k! I wanted to raise money for Bolton Hospice. As many charities during the pandemic, Bolton Hospice have been unable to hold their usual fundraiser events.

"As they are an independent charity they need all the support they can get. The hospice is a charity close to my heart and I wanted to raise as much money as I can for them.”

Kathryn Willett, fundraiser at Bolton Hospice said, “Thank you Annabel for taking on 100k in runs for Bolton Hospice and raising vital funds to help us to continue caring for local people and their families.

"It’s been an extremely challenging year for us here at the hospice, but knowing supporters like Annabel are behind us every step of the way means the world to us – thank you!”
