A BANNED driver has been ordered to do 200 hours of unpaid work after he was caught using a Range Rover on the M60 motorway at Salford.
Bewar Suliaman, aged 32, of Deane Road, Bolton, was behind the wheel of the car which was pulling a trailer and driving clockwise on the motorway on January 8.
At Manchester Magistrates’ Court Suliaman pleaded guilty to driving whilst banned, having no insurance and not affixing a proper registration plate to the trailer.
In addition to the unpaid work, he was ordered to participate in a thinking skills programme and eight days of rehabilitation activities.
Suliaman must also pay £180 in costs and charges and he was banned from applying for a driving licence for 12 months.
