THOSE hoping to get on the property ladder might struggle to do so in the coming weeks, according to data from Zoopla.

Buyer demand is currently running 80 per cent higher than normal and outstripping supply by 13 per cent.

This increased demand is also causing house prices to climb across the country.

If you want to potentially nab a bargain and get a house as quickly as possible, it’s worth taking a look at the houses that have reduced their prices recently- as it’s likely that they are looking for a quick sale.
