A DOMESTIC abuse charity has sent 'coping boxes' to children and young people who use their services.
Fortalice supports women, families, children and young people who are affected by domestic abuse. They are Bolton's only refuge and offer wide-reaching community services.
Their coping boxes contain a mixture of items designed to help the young manage their feelings and emotions.
Some of the items include art equipment, colouring books, play-doh, cuddly toys and notepads.
Each box also contained a note for the young people.
A post from Fortalice said: "The note explains that the box is a random act of kindness, then lists examples of other (free) ideas to help the young recipient pay it forward."
