MAGISTRATES have fined three men after each was caught driving without a licence or insurance.

Bilal Safeer, aged 25, of Rishton Lane, Bolton, pleaded guilty to committing the offences by driving a Vauxhall Corsa on Weston Street, Bolton, on December 21 last year. In addition to a £440 fine, he was ordered to pay £129 in costs.

Mohammed Ibrahim, aged 31, of Hobart Street, Bolton, pleaded guilty to having no licence when he drove a Chevrolet Matiz on December 17 last year on Brownlow Way, Bolton. He was fined £92 plus £119 costs.

The case against Antonin Steinigl, aged 34, of Duncombe Road, Bolton, was proved at Manchester Magistrates’ Court after he drove a BMW on Rasbottom Street, Bolton, on December 23 last year without a licence or insurance. He was fined £660 and must also pay £151 in costs and charges.
