TWO boys have been arrested in connection with the death of Reece Tansey, police have confirmed.
Detective Superintendent Chris Bridge announced the development in the fast moving murder investigation at a press conference.
He said: "My thoughts and prayers go out to Reece's family.
"His family are currently being supported by specially trained officers.
"I am able to confirm that we have arrested two boys relating to this incident , aged 14 and 15, we are confident based on the information we have that this is an isolated and targeted attack and we are not seeking to speak to any other persons in relation to this incident."
The officer also launched an appeal for information.

Police said Reece knocked on the door of a nearby house to ask for help after he was attacked in Walker Avenue shortly before 4.45am on Tuesday.
Greater Manchester Police said he had suffered several stab wounds and was taken to hospital but died from his injuries.
