AN imported Audi was seized in Bolton today, after the driver failed to register it in the UK.
The black Audi was originally from Singapore, but the driver hadn't registered the vehicle with the DVLA - or obtained insurance for it.
The car was subsequently seized by Greater Manchester Police officers.
The seizures form part of Greater Manchester Police's Operation Wolverine, which cracks down on driving offences.
The incident was reported on Greater Manchester Police Traffic Twitter account.
A spokesman said: "Seized this imported Singapore vehicle in Bolton after the driver/owner had almost done everything correct.....
"Apart from registering it with the DVLA and more importantly insuring it!"
