OFFICERS are patrolling so-called 'anti-social behaviour hotspots' in and Farnworth and Kearsley on Wednesday evening.
The are focusing on Brackley Street in particular following complaints of children climbing on roofs recently.
Greater Manchester Police said: "Local PCSO's from Farnworth and Kearsley Neighbourhood Team are patrolling regular anti-social behaviour hotspots this evening.
"One area of interest is around Brackley Street, Farnworth.
"We have received several complaints from residents and business owners recently about children climbing on roofs and causing a general nuisance in the area."
Police across the borough have been conducting similar patrols in recent weeks in a bid to combat anti-social behaviour.
