HEARTBROKEN colleagues of Unison Bolton Branch chairman Graham Walmsley have launched a GoFundMe page in his name to "show how highly respected and cherished" he was.

Graham died on Sunday after collapsing on Saturday, leaving all those who knew him shocked and devastated.

The 57-year-old, who lived in Heaton with his family, worked at Bolton College in the exams department, where he was a popular member and well-respected member of staff.

Money raised will be go towards Graham funeral service or a memorial.

Organiser of the fundraising page, Rebecca Davison said: Tragically our dear friend and much loved colleague Graham Walmsley suddenly passed away .To all those who knew him this has come as a big shock.

"He will be remembered for his willingness to offer both his time and fantastic advice to everyone who needed it. His smile will never be forgotten and neither will his sense of humour ­—even though his jokes weren't always the best..

"He will be terribly missed by so many people."
