Helen Flanagan has been flooded with support after sharing a snap of herself breastfeeding at a hotel.

The Bolton actress posted the picture while staying at Lancashire based Stanley House Hotel & Spa.

In the picture she is show smiling while publicly breastfeeding her baby, Charlie.

It looks like she is in the restaurant of the hotel.

In the Instagram caption she wrote: “Love this picture of feeding my baby boy.

“Feeding your baby is the most natural thing and so precious.”

The 30-year-old was flooded with support in the comment section- both by the public and by other famous faces.

Reality star Charlotte Dawson and model Christine McGuiness are just two of the celebrity names to leave a comment.

She was praised for normalising breastfeeding and bringing a topic to the forefront which can often receive backlash.

One person said: “Such a great way to normalise breastfeeding, well done you.”

“You make it look so natural and easy,” wrote another. “I really struggled feeding my boy so stopped at around nine weeks… It's great to see a positive story.”

Another wrote: “Thank you for sharing on your grid and helping normalise breastfeeding again in society.”

One commenter added: “This is such an amazing powerful shot! Loved breast feeding my boy.”

She often posts pictures of herself breastfeeding her children, sharing one snap to her account in April writing: “So nice to have a wonder around the shops today.”

Her Instagram is a documentation of her life as a mother, as she frequently posts family updates to her account.

Last week, she shared videos and images of her Matilda’s (her daughter) 6th Birthday.

The house was decorated with a princess Jasmine theme with Matilda dressed as the Disney princess.

On Instagram she wrote: “It was my little girls 6th birthday party today.

“I’m so thankful for Matilda. I gave birth to Matilda when I was 24 and she just turned my life around for the better.

“My inspiration every day to better myself. Matilda is amazing, the purest heart and I couldn’t be prouder to be her mummy.

“I’ve always treasured my time with her since she has been born, what an amazing, magical six years growing together. My world, my darling baby girl.”
