A BOLTON firm will let staff start late on Monday should England beat Italy at the Euro 2020 final taking place on Sunday evening.
Recruitment company R2R People are allowing the whole team to start late at 10am on Monday and work from home.
Across the country fans will be tuning in to watch the final and see if England cane bring football home for the first time since 1966.
Thomas Thornton, talent acquisition specialist, said: “This is a fantastic incentive for the team, and is a testament to the way R2R People put staff first.
"It is a small gesture that goes a long way and is fitting with the people-focused values that R2R People uphold. Not to mention the fact that this will be England's first European Championship final.
"It is safe to say that the whole company and country is backing England to bring home the trophy."
