A large quantity of drugs has been seized from a property in Halliwell today.
A mixture of cannabis, white powder (believed to be Amphetamine), and Diazepam were found at an address in Oxford Grove, Halliwell, with a male arrested for its possession, according to police.
Police thanked the public for providing information on this which led to the seizure and arrest taking place.
Police said the man remains in custody.
A GMP Bolton West spokesman, said: "Drugs seized and male arrested following a warrant on Oxford Grove.
"Officers from Bolton West neighbourhood team have executed a warrant under Section 23 of the Misuse of Drugs act at a property on Oxford Grove in Halliwell.
"At this address we seized: 44 Snap bags of white powder, believed to be Amphetamine, 22 Snap bags of cannabis bush, 90 Strips of Diazepam.
"And a number of other controlled prescription drugs.
"A male was also arrested for possession with intent to supply and remains in custody awaiting interview.
"We couldn't do work like this without the information the public provide — thank you."
