A car crashed on Church Street, Westhoughton
A MAN was taken to hospital following a car crash in Westhoughton on Friday afternoon.
The incident happened on Church Street at around 5pm today and involved two cars, with one flipping onto its roof.
The road was closed while recovery services arrived at the scene.
There were no serious injuries, although a man in his 90s was taken to hospital, Greater Manchester Police said.
The road later reopened.
