A ROAD rage driver who attacked another motorist has admitted his guilt.
On the second day of his trial at Bolton Crown Court, before the first witness gave evidence, 42-year-old Mohammed Khan pleaded guilty to causing grievous bodily harm to Mohsin Wazir.
The jury returned a not guilty verdict on a second charge of witness intimidation after the prosecution offered no evidence.

The case was adjourned for sentence until September 7 with Khan, of Wigan Road, Bolton remanded on bail until then.
But Judge Tom Gilbart warned him: "You need to understand, the fact that I am adjourning for reports to be prepared doesn't indicate the type of sentence to be imposed. All options are open."
The court had previously heard how Khan was driving the wrong way down Gibraltar Street, Bolton, on February 24, 2019 when he met Mr Wazir's Prius coming the other way.
Khan took exception to his driving being criticised and, during an argument, punched Mr Wazir in the face, breaking his jaw in two places.
Khan, although later admitting he had hit Mr Wazir, claimed it was 'only a slap'.
