A GIANT talking burger was the Green party’s secret weapon in the campaign to elect a Euro MP for Greater Manchester.

The party chose it as a symbol of the damage being done to the environment through the destruction of forests to create more grazing land., packing containing CFCs and hormones being used to promote growth in beef cattle.
Mr Milne discussed these issue with the burger which replied by moving its lips much to the delight of youngsters watching.
