A WOMAN was cut free from a car after it hit a parked vehicle and crashed into a garden in the early hours.
Emergency services were called to Stopes Road in Little Lever, close to the Radcliffe border just after 2 am after being alerted by the homeowner, who came out after hearing the crash.
Firefighters cut the roof of the vehicle to free the trapped passenger.
The driver, a man, was able to get out of the car.
The woman was treated by paramedics and taken to Salford Royal Hospital.
Her condition is not known.

The road was cordoned off both ways from Strangford Street to Settle Street until 8.30am today.

The owner of the home whose garden wall was hit by the car said she alerted the emergency services.
She told The Bolton News that she hoped the injured passenger would be okay.
One resident said: "The emergency services were very good, they were here quickly."

Neighbours said the area was cordoned off as council workers removed the debris from the pavement and police carried out their investigation into the cause.
One said: "The police were here this morning doing measurements."
