A 24-year-old man is appearing before magistrates today charged with the murder of a 10-month-old baby in Farnworth.
Police say shortly after 5.30pm on 1 November 1, 2019, emergency services were called to a report of a 10-month-old baby girl who was unresponsive at a house in Crompton Street.
Detectives have since charged Ali Zain, of Crompton Street, with the murder of Aiman Toor.
He was originally remanded in custody ahead of an appearance at Manchester Magistrates Court today.
